Free shipping is available on all orders, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping  charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 3000/-

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Our team will begin processing your order, and it will be shipped out within 1-3 days. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment to help you track the progress of your parcel.

We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning your Chikankari outfit to preserve its delicate threads. Machine washing may cause the threads to open up.

To cancel your order, please email us at kumkumthreadsoftradition@gmail.com with the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

There may be slight differences between the product and the pictures due to screen resolution or lighting used during the photoshoot.

At the moment, we only offer domestic shipping within India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available. Please stay tuned for updates, as we may offer international shipping in the future.
