Refund policy

At Kumkum, we put immense love and care into crafting each piece. Every order undergoes thorough quality checks at multiple stages before dispatch to ensure we deliver exactly what we’ve promised. As part of our company policy, we do not offer refunds on any items, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

Return or Exchange Process for Damaged/Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please share an unaltered unboxing video of the package within 15 hours of delivery. We are committed to working with you promptly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please note that requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained.

DISCLAIMER:

  • If an incorrect or missing order is delivered, it is mandatory to share an unboxing or unpacking video with the customer care team. (Applicable in both cases of partial order or empty box received by the customer.
  • All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
  • In case of any exchange or return of Damaged or defective product the parcel should be delivered to us within 15 days from delivery. The shipping charge for returns will be borne by the customer.
